Our Key Stage Two children behaved with dignity and respect as they poignantly placed posies  on every New Zealander's grave stone.  The children sang our School Hymn 'Shine Jesus Shine' with gusto and they sang the New Zealand National Anthem and the UK National Anthem with great respect. They also sang 'I vow to thee my country'.  The children joined in with prayers and listened to poems said by a Maori child and other representivies of the New Zealand Government . They watched Maori dancers perform a 'haka'.

I have never felt more proud of our children! They were absolutely delightful. At the lunch reception, everyone sang their praises; they were really moved that the children participated so beautifully!
