Good afternoon,

First of all, a huge well done to you and the children for all your efforts with their World Book Day costumes. They all looked fantastic and we had a lovely day. The children should have come home with a book voucher to spend. 

Today we have completed our History unit on the story of the Trojan Horse. The children filmed their own documentaries on whether the story is a fact, legend or a myth, presenting this in an interesting way. They did a brilliant job and their documentaries are both informative and humorous. 

We have been exploring 'trade' in our Geography unit and will be building up to learning about 'fair trade', which will also link in with our DT cooking topic.
