Round up of the week

English

This week we have read in focus the first two chapters of the book, summarising and inferring the meaning of the text from the words that have been used.

Maths

We have added and subtracted mixed fractions. We have begun to compare fractions to decimals and percentages.

Reading books

The children have responded well to the new reading books. Thank you very much for supporting. It is useful if the children fill in their homework diaries with how much reading they are doing for every day.
