Round up of the week

English

We have examining persuasive texts this week and compared different forms. We have evaluated their effectiveness and written a persuasive article to determine whether we should have a class pet.

Maths

We have looked at area and perimeter this week focusing on understanding that two shapes may have the same perimeter but have different areas.

Science

We have been looking at friction this week and investigating different surfaces to determine and compare how much force is required to slide our feet through them.
