Good morning Everyone,

We've made it to half-term, which is the halfway point of the year. "It's gone so quickly," one of the children said as we talked about this yesterday. We talked about how much we had achieved so far this year, and things to look forward to for the second half of the year. It was lovely to share your children's achievements with you all when we met earlier in the week.

We finished the half-term with the hotly anticipated Brockenhurst Danceathon! I was lucky enough to be a judge, so I got such a good view of all the dances. I had nothing to do with the Year 3 teams as they had developed and practised their dances with Mrs Shilton on Wednesday afternoons. I was very impressed by them all - for their team work, resilience and great moves! We all had great fun and were exhausted from so much dancing and cheering. Well done to Oberfield, who were the eventual winners.

Whatever you are doing, I hope you all have a great half-term. Let's hope the weather is kind to us.
