Good afternoon everyone,

The highlight of our week has obviously been our trip today. Roe Deer Class have had such a fantastic time on our visit to the Mayflower Theatre to see a special schools performance by the Welsh National Opera. We were treated to music from their orchestra and arias from three of their soloists. The children also had the opportunity to make their own music using body percussion and even to join in with the opera singing! It was an excellent performance that we all thoroughly enjoyed. The children were beautifully behaved, particularly on a very busy train back to Brockenhurst, so a big well done to them all.
