Good afternoon Everyone!

I can share with you that some of the children have very green fingers and have successfully cared for their geraniums, which have now flowered. Well done to those children. Please send in a photo when you have flowers as we are celebrating their success in class.

We have started a new book in English called The Fossil Hunter, which tells the story of Mary Anning. We also watched a film about her early life. The children are still fascinated by rocks and fossils!

We will be collecting all books in next week, in readiness for our library refurbishment. Please have a good hunt around at home for any books that may be lurking!

Rehearsals are going well for The Wizard of Oz. Many thanks to those of you who have sent in colourful clothes for the children's costumes. Please can the rest come into school next week.

Also, if anyone does have any old newspapers and magazines, they would be very useful for our current art project. Please send them into school.
