Good afternoon everyone!

We have had such a lovely week in Year 3. It has felt properly like the Summer term with the sun shining and playtime on the field!

Back in the classroom, we have continued our work on telling the time and solving problems relating to start and finish times. Please keep practising time telling at home!!!!!

Following our work on The Paperbag Prince, we have been looking at leaflets and finding out about waste free lunches. Our own leaflets are not quite finished yet, but we'll get them completed next week.

We have watched the Year 6 rehearsal of The Wizard of Oz today, which was very exciting. We are looking forward to slotting our dance into the performance next week.

Our art this term is looking at bees - we did some amazing drawings this week. Over the next few weeks we will be collaging and making 3D bees with recycled materials. We need some newspapers and colourful magazines or catalogues for this. Please send any you have into class - many thanks.
