Year 3
Friday Blog - Friday 15th December - Merry Christmas Everyone!!!
Good afternoon Everyone,
We’ve made it to the end of term! I think we’re all ready for a good rest over the holidays. We’ve had lots of fun during our last week before Christmas.
At the start of the week we worked on our DT project for this term, which has been making pop-up Christmas cards. We made prototypes, designed our own card and then made the real thing. The children are very excited to bring them home today. I hope you are impressed with their cards!
The children enjoyed our Christmas craft morning yesterday, where they visited three different classes for three different activities. There was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere in school as all the children mixed together.
It was lovely to see so many of you at the church for Carols around the Tree. The children sang beautifully, with loads of enthusiasm and Simon had us all dancing at the end.
I would just like to say a huge thank you for your very generous gifts, they are much appreciated! I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I look forward to seeing the children back at school on Wednesday 3rd January.
Have a great holiday,
Clare
