It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas .....

The children certainly seemed very lively and excited today. It must be advent calendars at breakfast! Our Christmas doors are all up and they look fantastic. The children loved our annual worship by zoom when each class gets to share their door. We've made paperchains and snowflakes to decorate the classroom and Mr Smith switched on the lights on our little tree. 

In English we have read The Magic Box by Kit Wright. The children enjoyed the poem and have used it as a model to write their own poems about a night box. We even managed to publish them.  

Group 2 have enjoyed their catchup sessions at Forest School, despite the cold weather and group 1 have produced some amazing Robin monoprints in art.

Well done, Year 3. You've all worked very hard this week.
