We made it! The summer holidays are upon us and of course it is raining. Let's hope the weather man is right and that the sun will return over the weekend.

The children enjoyed meeting Miss Martin on Monday. They were very lucky as she was able to spend the whole day with us so had the opportunity to get to know them all. We said goodbye to the Year 6 children this morning in our Leavers' Assembly at the church.

We have had a fantastic, fun year together in Year 3. The children have been a delight to teach - it has been a pleasure to spend so much time with them. I am sure they will all continue to flourish in Year 4 with Miss Martin.

May I say a huge thank you for all the cards, presents and kind words I have received this week    (and a big thank you from Mrs Young and from Miss Jones all the way from Australia!)
