Penguins have worked super hard this week - we are  very proud of all of them!

In English we have continued our work on the Night Gardener reading the story and exploring how the setting changes from a dull gloomy street to a colourful picturesque village and in maths we have continued our work on fractions focusing on how to find a third. In RE we have been discussing who has power linked to our up and coming election and in history we have been thinking about what we would like to find out about the history of the school.

We were also very lucky to have a visit from the fire service on Monday where we learnt all about how to keep ourselves safe and what to do in an emergency. The children have started colouring in their fire engine postcards and checking they know their address too.
