We hope you all had a lovely half term and welcome back for the final term of the year! Penguins have been superstars during their first week back. 

In English we have started exploring a new book called the Night Gardener. We haven't yet read the story but have completed lots of work around where the story starts (in Grinloch Lane). In maths we have started working on fractions making sure we can recognise a half and a quarter and also how to calculate this. In RE we have started a new unit on Hindu Gods by thinking about super heroes and in art we have started our Floral Delight unit by completing observational drawings of flowers. We have also been on a litter pick from school to the train station...we couldn't believe how much litter we found and also some of the things we found too!
