It has been another lovely week in Penguin class!

In English we have been learning about adverbs and contractions and in maths we have been learning about kilograms and using addition to solve mass problems.

In guided reading we have started a new book called Welcome to our Table which explores foods from around the world and in geography we have been learning about the journey of a banana from the tree to our tummy's...according to Welcome to our Table bananas are one of the most popular fruits worldwide! In PE we have continued our athletics unit focusing on jumping and in art we have painted fruits in the style of Tracy Hall - they look amazing!
