This week’s highlight was World Book Day! The children loved dressing in their cosy clothes and took part in exciting activities like creating mini-books and bookmarks, plus using drama to bring stories to life.

What a fantastic half-term we have had! The children have been incredibly enthusiastic about learning all about dinosaurs and have amazed us with their fantastic writing, including fact files and dino diaries. It has truly been a "roarsome" experience!

They will be deciding which of their five senses is the most helpful when carrying out this experiment. We've had an exciting week in Year 1! A special letter from the Natural History Museum arrived, asking us to care for a dinosaur egg the children discovered. We've been documenting its progress and staying in close contact with the museum. Excitingly, the egg has now begun to hatch!
