Firstly, a huge well done to all the children for their wonderful performances in the Nativity on Wednesday. They were all absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for all of your support with this from providing costumes and learning lines to putting up with all the songs for 6 weeks at home! 

This week, we have been writing letters to Father Christmas. We have had an array of requests! The children are making huge progress in their writing - they're really concentrating on their letter formation and using the sound mat to spell words. 

This afternoon, we had a wonderful surprise. Mrs Dolbear had organised an ambulance to come for her Year 6 career sessions so we were able to go and have a look. We all went out and admired it and we all climbed up the steps to have a look inside. We even heard the siren and heard the blue lights. Very exciting. 

We enjoyed going to Little Flames at the church today. The children were beautifully behaved and were a credit to the school. Well done Badgers. 

Next week is going to be a busy one, with Christmas jumpers, Christmas dinner, Christmas craft morning and the Christingle. The Christingle is at 2pm in the school hall, we hope you can join us.
